What Equipment will you need? 

You will need a few sets of weights and a yoga mat

  • If you haven’t worked out for awhile, you might even start some moves with just your own body weight for some moves but it would be good to have a set of 3 lb, 5 lb and 8 lb weights around for when you start to get stronger
  • If you’ve been working out, you’ll want to make sure you’re challenging yourself so I would start with 5 lb, 10 lb and 15 lb weights.

Like any exercise program, this is only going to work if you challenge yourself and really give each workout your all.  This might be tougher weights, or even just your own body weight but if it feels too easy – pick up heavier weights!
